These terms govern your use of the Monkepub app. By using Monkepub, you agree to these terms.
Monkepub is an EPUB reader that lets you upload, read, and organize e-books on your device. You can optionally sign in to sync your library, reading progress, and preferences across devices.
You are responsible for the EPUB files you upload to the app. You must have the legal right to read and possess any content you load into Monkepub. We do not host, distribute, or have access to your EPUB files — they are stored locally on your device.
You can use Monkepub with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes all associated cloud data.
Monkepub offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

The free version of Monkepub displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob. You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements.
We strive to keep Monkepub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Your locally stored EPUB files remain accessible on your device regardless of service availability.
Monkepub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that cloud sync will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Monkepub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
